Group Pilgrimage to Commemorate TNI AD Fighting Day, Kodim 0411/KM

Dandim 0411/KM Lt. Col. Arh Rendra Febrandari Suparman, S.I.P. leading a group pilgrimage to the Kemala Nusantara Heroes' Cemetery, Ganjar Asri Village, West Metro District, Metro City in commemoration of the 78th Indonesian Army Fighting Day. Thursday (14/12/2023)

This pilgrimage is a series of activities commemorating TNI AD's 2023 Fighting Day which aims to commemorate the services of the heroes who died in seizing and defending Indonesia's independence.




This sacred activity was attended by officers, non-commissioned officers, enlisted officers and civil servants as well as administrators of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana (KCK) Branch XXXI Dim 0411 who were organized into ceremonial troops.

The group's pilgrimage ceremony, which took place in an orderly and solemn manner, began with paying respects to the spirits of the heroes by all the ceremony participants led directly by Dandim 0411/KM as the group leader. Furthermore, to commemorate the services and sacrifices of the heroes, a Silence of Creation and Sowing of Flowers was held.


Dandim 0411/KM Lt. Col. Arh Rendra Febrandari Suparman, S.I.P. said that TNI AD Fighting Day, which was previously known as Kartika Fighting Day, was a historical milestone for the TNI, especially for members of the TNI AD.

"Apart from being a historical milestone, it is hoped that the commemoration of TNI AD Fighting Day can be an encouragement for soldiers in carrying out their duties of service to defend our beloved Republic of Indonesia," he said. (DL)
