Commander of Kodim 0411/KM Lt. Col. Arh Rendra Febrandari Suparman, S.I.P. Directly leading the Karya Bakti TNI Kodim 0411/KM activity in commemoration of the 78th anniversary of Kodam II/Sriwijaya as well as an effort to prevent flooding and the emergence of disease outbreaks caused by the growth of mosquito larvae in Perum Prasanti Garden Jalan Yos Sudarso, Metro Village, Central Metro District. Saturday (09/12/2023)




Involving 303 participants consisting of TNI (Members of Kodim 0411/KM), Polri Metro Police, District and Village Government Apparatus, Satpol PP, BPBD Metro City, Environmental Cleaning Service, Gajah Mada Cadet Scout students in Metro City, Hipakad, FKPPI, residents of Rt/Rw Perum Prasti and Perum Prasanti Garden Community as well as other related elements, this activity was attended by Kasdim Major Inf Wawan Cahya Gunawan, SH., Pabung Mayor Inf Agus Waluyo, Metro Police Chief represented by Head of Kamsa Iptu Baharudin, the Pasi and Danramil ranks, West Metro Subdistrict Head Tri Yono, Central Metro Subdistrict Head Yahya Rahmat, S.STP., Central Metro Secretary Secretary Efendi, Central Metro Subdistrict Government Head Made Subanda, Metro Ferry Wahyudi Village Head, Ganjar Asri Karisma Village Head, STP. Chairman of PSMTI Metro Handi Tjcahndrianto and his members and Chairman of the Sairo Metro Achievement Residents Association.


During the inspection roll call, all participants were given tasks and responsibilities for the target cleaning sectors, namely tertiary water channels and secondary channels/sewers which could cause flooding at Perum Prasanti Garden.

In his speech, Dandim 0411/KM said, "With this TNI Service, it is hoped that it can create good synergy between the TNI, POLRI and other stakeholders, it is also hoped that it will be an effort to further strengthen and create a good relationship between the TNI and the people," he said .

"The TNI's community service activities are also to prevent flooding caused by blocked rubbish, and not to cause disease germs, such as dengue fever. Apart from that, community service work to clean gutters is carried out to create a healthy environment, free from trash and unpleasant odors. " he concluded.



Meanwhile, the Subdistrict and Subdistrict Governments of Central Metro and Metro West as well as the residents of the Prasanti housing complex expressed their gratitude for the positive activities of Karya Bakti TNI and appreciated the cohesiveness and synergy of all elements involved in the activities of Karya Bakti TNI Kodim 0411/KM.
