Two Figures Receive Champion Certificates for the 125th TMMD in 2025

The 0411/KM Military District Command (Kodim 0411/KM) has once again achieved a proud achievement, this time in collaboration with Central Lampung Regency, winning the National TMMD Competition and the Journalism Competition for the 125th TMMD in 2025.

The Commander of the 0411/KM Military District Command, Lieutenant Colonel Inf. Noval Darmawan, S.H., M.I.P., along with the Regent of Central Lampung, dr. Hi. Ardito Wijaya, M.K.M., received the 2nd Place National TMMD Task Force Commander and 1st Place Journalism Competition for the 125th TMMD in 2025 at the A.H. Hall. Nasution, Indonesian Army Headquarters, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (September 17, 2025).

This achievement demonstrates the synergy between the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and the Indonesian National Police (Polri), the Regional Government, stakeholders, the media, and the entire community of Central Lampung Regency, resulting in the creation of outstanding work that brings honor to the 0411/KM Military District Command (Kodim) and Central Lampung Regency at the national level.






Here is the list of winners of the Best Task Force Commander Competition for the 125th TMMD TA 2025 for the Type A TMMD Task Force Commander Category (APBD less than 1.8 Trillion), 1st Place: Lieutenant Colonel Inf Hermawan Setya Budi, M.Han, Task Force Commander of the 125th TMMD Kodim 0722/Kudus Korem 073/Makutarama Kodam IV/Diponegoro with a total score of 6,008, 2nd Place: Lieutenant Colonel Czi Arief Rochman Hakim, SE., M.Han, Task Force Commander of the 125th TMMD Dim 0813/Bojonegoro Korem 082/Citra Panca Yudha Jaya Kodam V/Brw with a total score of 5,839 and 3rd Place: Lieutenant Colonel Arh Joko Sukoyo, S.Sos., M.Han, Task Force Commander of the 125th TMMD Kodim 0825/Banyuwangi, Rem 083/Baladhika Jaya, Kodam V/Brw, with a total score of 5,830.

Meanwhile, for the Best Task Force Commander (Dansatgas) competition for the 125th TMMD (Tempo-
rial Development Program) in the 2025 TMMD Type B Task Force Category (APBD less than 1.8 trillion): 1st place: Lieutenant Colonel Inf. Marudut Simbolon, Task Force Commander (Dansatgas) for the 125th TMMD, Kodim 1705/Nabire, Rem 173/Pvb Dam XVII/Cen, with a total score of 5,822. 2nd place: Lieutenant Colonel Inf. Noval Darmawan, S.H., M.I.P., Task Force Commander (Dansatgas) for the 125th TMMD, Kodim 0411/Kota Metro, Rem 043/Gatam Dam II/Swj, with a total score of 5,765. 3rd place: Lieutenant Colonel Inf. Yudi Ardiyan Saputro, S.I.P. Commander of the 125th TMMD Task Force of Kodim 0209/Labuhanbatu Rem 022/PT Dam I/BB with a total score of 5,732.

Meanwhile, for the winners of the Dansatgas Category of the Journalistic Work Competition (LKJ) Type A, 1st Place was Lieutenant Colonel Inf Hermawan Setya Budi, M.Han Dansatgas TMMD ke 125 Kodim 0722/Kudus Rem 073/Makutarama Dam IV/Diponegoro with a total score of 12,855, 2nd Place was Lieutenant Colonel Arh Joko Sukoyo, S.Sos., M.Han Dansatgas TMMD ke 125 Dim 0825/Banyuwangi Rem 083/Baladhika Jaya Kodam V/Brw with a total score of 12,490, and 3rd Place was Lieutenant Colonel Czi Arief Rochman Hakim, SE., M.Han Dansatgas TMMD ke 125 Dim 0813/Bojonegoro Rem 082/Citra Panca Yudha Jaya Dam V/Brw with a total score of 12,265.

The winners of the Task Force Commander Category of the Journalistic Work Competition (LKJ) Type B were Lieutenant Colonel Inf. Noval Darmawan, S.H., M.I.P., Commander of the 125th TMMD Task Force of the 0411/Metro City Military District Command, Rem 043/Gatam Dam II/Swj, with a total score of 12,280. Second place was Lieutenant Colonel Arm Krisrantau Hermawan, S.H., M.I.Pol, Commander of the 125th TMMD Task Force of the 0507/Bekasi Military District Command, Korem 051/Wijayakarta, Kodam Jaya, with a total score of 12,260. Third place was Lieutenant Colonel Inf. Miftakhul Khoir, S.E., M.M. Commander of the 125th TMMD Task Force, Kodim 0623/Cilegon, Korem 164/MY, Kodam III/Siliwangi with a total score of 12,245.

In addition to TNI personnel, there were also winners in the electronic media journalist category, including first place winner Darul Muttaqin from Inews TV Jayapura, Kodim 1705/Nabire, with the title "Hope at the End of the Wait for the Church Congregation in Sagu Makimi Village." Second place winner Jihan Nabila Farha from Sinpo TV, Kodim 0825/Banyuwangi, with the title "The Bridge that Unites Villages, Unites Hope." Third place winner Erens Jani Tasidjawa from TVRI Maluku, Kodim 1506/Namlea, with the title "A Glimmer of Hope for the Indonesian National Armed Forces for the People of Bupolo." The favorite winner was Susmiatun Hayati from Antara TV Cilegon.

There were many more winners in the 2025 TMMD Competition, including the print journalist category winner, Rifqi Gozali from Tribunnews Kudus, Junaidi from Medan Pos Labuhanbatu, and Anes Prabowo from Pelita Baru Bekasi, as well as the favorite winner, Bambang Irawanza from Sriwijaya Express Kendari.

The winners of the online media journalist category were Muhammad Prawira Adhi from Mediadayak.co.id in East Kutai; Indra Dwi Saputra from bengkulutoday.com in Mukomuko; and Siti Julaeha from kabardaerah.com in Sumbawa; and the favorite winner was Jalu Dwiatmaja from wartaprima.com in Lamandau.

The winners of the social media category were Belinda Putri Sabrina Birton, S.Ked from TikTok Makutarama; Andriadi from YouTube (Wil Dim 0735/Surakarta); and I Made Murtono from Instagram (Wil Dim 1616/Gianyar REM 163/Wira Satya Dam IX/Udayana). (DL)
