The Commander of Military District 0411/KM, Lieutenant Colonel Inf. Noval Darmawan,S.H., M.I.P., led the Personnel Inspection Roll Call, which took place at the Military District Command 0411/KM Headquarters Roll Call Field, Jl. Veteran No. 53, Bd. 22, West Hadimulyo Village, Metro Pusat District, Metro City, on Wednesday (September 10, 2025).

This event was attended by 304 personnel from the Military District Command (Kodim) 0411/KM. The Head of the Lampung Tengah Military District Command (Pabung Lampung Tengah) Major Cba Suyatno,S.Psi., Kodim Headquarters staff officers, the Military District Commander (Danramil), soldiers and civil servants from the Kodim Headquarters staff, and members of the Koramil (Kodim 0411/KM) were also present.


In his remarks, the Commander of Military District Command 0411/KM, Lieutenant Colonel Inf. Noval Darmawan,S.H., M.I.P., began by expressing his gratitude for Military District Command 0411/KM's achievements in winning first place in the LKJ Task Force and second place in the National TMMD.

The Commander also emphasized the importance of remaining vigilant regarding the dynamic situations currently developing in almost all regions, such as demonstrations by students and other community groups.

Lieutenant Colonel Inf. Noval Darmawan,S.H., M.I.P., also requested that any suspicious information, no matter how small, be reported immediately to facilitate early detection and prevention.



Another important point conveyed was that members must be honest and courageous in taking responsibility for all their actions, and emphasized the need to adhere to proper licensing procedures when carrying out their duties.

Furthermore, the Military District Commander instructed personnel to be reorganized to ensure equitable distribution of duties so that Babinsa (village supervisory officers) can focus optimally on carrying out their regional development duties. (DL)
