Protecting Democracy and Protecting the Nation is the Main Target of the TNI-Polri Metro City Alert Roll Call

Again, Metro City Police Chief, AKBP Hangga Utama Darmawan, S.I.K., along with the Commander of Military District Command the 0411/KM, Lieutenant Colonel Inf Noval Darmawan,S.H.,M.I.P., led a joint standby roll call to secure the anticipated demonstrations at the Metro City Police Headquarters roll call yard. This roll call was held in the Metro City area on Thursday (September 4, 2025).

Present at the roll call were Deputy Chief of the Metro City Police, Commissioner Agung Ferdika, Head of the Operations Division of the Metro City Police, Commissioner Adrianus, Commander of the Mobile Brigade Corps, Commissioner Darwanto, the High-ranking Officer of the Metro City Police, and members of the Indonesian Army (Kodim 0411/KM), the Metro City Police, and the Mobile Brigade Unit of the Lampung Regional Police.

The number of personnel involved is around 300 members from the TNI and Polri Units, this readiness is a form of anticipation for a demonstration that will be held by the IMM (Muhammadiyah Student Association) of Metro City to the DPRD office.




Carrying out the mandate of the TNI Commander and the National Police Chief when issuing affirmative statements, ensuring that perpetrators of anarchy are dealt with firmly while still prioritizing safeguarding aspirations expressed in a respectful and orderly manner, this standby roll call demonstrates the TNI and Polri's readiness to maintain stability, security, and order, especially in the Metro City area.

Security for demonstrations must remain humane, persuasive, and prioritize good communication. Personnel are asked to prioritize a preventative approach and respect the public's right to express their aspirations in accordance with applicable law.

With solid coordination between the TNI and Polri, it is hoped that security for demonstrations will run smoothly and safely. The TNI and Polri will continue to provide a sense of comfort for all Metro residents. (DL)
