Kodim 0411/KM Soldiers Conduct Light Weapons Shooting Training TW IV FY 2023

For two days now, Kodim 0411/KM personnel have been holding training in shooting long-barreled light weapons types M 16 A.1 and SS 1 through the 2023 Quarter IV Work Program Protap in the field of training which is carried out in stages, stages and continues, Tuesday (21/11/23 )

This Jatri Latbak was held for 3 days TMT Monday (20/11) to. Wednesday (22/11) at the Infantry Battalion 143/TWEJ Assistance Company Shooting Range, Sumbersari Village, Natar District, South Lampung Regency under the control of the Jatri Training Coordinating Officer TW IV FY 2023 Captain Inf Waniran and as Training Commander Captain Chb Santoso.

Armed with 13 rounds of 5.56 mm caliber ammunition, Kodim 0411/KM personnel carried out shooting practice with 3 rounds of correction shots followed by 10 rounds of prone attitude assessment.


Dandim 0411/KM Lt. Col. Arh Rendra Febrandari Suparman, S.I.P. explained that the bottom line was that the Latbakjatri TW-IV TA 2023 activities were carried out as a form of training for personnel in maintaining shooting skills, especially in the field of training organized by Staff-2/Operations.

"With training programmed in stages, in stages and continuing every quarter, it is hoped that the Regional Command Unit (Satkowil) will be able to improve its ability to shoot on target with a shooting distance of 100 meters for long-barreled weapons," explained the Dandim

Jatri Latbak Coordinating Officer TW IV TA 2023 Captain Inf Waniran conveyed to the Jatri Latbak personnel when taking the inspection call that he said, "In this Jatri Latbak activity, we must continue to comply with the Security Protocol when carrying out the training, it is hoped that all members of Kodim 0411/KM will become more capable "mastering weapons in terms of (Nabitepi), namely breathing, aiming and pulling the trigger," he said

Not to forget, the Training Commander, Captain Chb Santoso, added that the inspection roll call during the implementation of shooting training activities was very important to remind the training participants about the Security Protocol.

"Jatri training is carried out using two types of rifles, namely M 16 A1 and SS 1, each member must be able to carry out this activity optimally," he said. (DL)
