Members and Civil Servants of Makodim 0411/KM carry out Morning Applees followed by joint sports led directly by Dandim 0411/KM Letkol Arh Rendra Febrandari Suparman, S.I.P. located at Makodim Apple Field 0411/KM, Jln Veteran No. 53 West Hadimulyo Village, Central Metro District, Metro City. Friday (01/09/2023)

Friday's activity was also attended by Kasdim 0411/KM Major Inf Wawan Cahya Gunawan, SH. along with the Staff Officers of Makodim 0411/KM.


In his mandate, Dandim 0411/KM Lt. Col. Arh Rendra Febrandari Suparman, S.I.P. said, "Morning exercise will make the body's lungs filled with fresh air through breathing, thereby providing a healthier life for blood cells in the body, will also make the relationship between mind and spirit healthier, thus the mood it will definitely get better, if we have done everything, rest assured that all of our bodies will automatically maintain their health," he said.



Next, all the apple participants did stretching and warming up, then did aerobics around the Makodim area. After doing the aerobics, each member and civil servants continued their sports activities by playing volleyball.

The activity continued with work activities for each staff, isoma and continued again with holding Friday prayers in congregation at the Al It-Tihad Mosque Makodim 0411/KM.




After carrying out the Friday Prayer service, the Members and ASN returned to their routine activities, namely reading the Yasin Letter in congregation and praying together in the presence of the Dandim, Kasdim, Pabung and Staff Officers led by Serma Suparyanto Member of the Koramil 411-04/Trimurjo.
