Dandim 0411/KM Accompanying the Mayor of Metro Welcomed the Arrival of the Head of the Lampung Province BNN

Dandim 0411/KM Lt. Col. Inf. Andri Hadiyanto, M.Han. together with the forkopimda of Metro City accompanying the Mayor of Metro, dr.Hi. Wahdi Sp.OG. (K) welcomed the arrival of the Head of the Lampung Province BNN, Brigadier General Pol Drs. Edi Swasono, M.M. in the framework of a Working Visit in Metro City as well as expressing a commitment to support the National Action plan for the Prevention and Eradication of Narcotics Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (P4GN), especially in Metro City, at the OR Secretariat of Metro City Wednesday (15/9/2021).

The Head of the Lampung Province BNN said, "The Metro City Government is moving to optimize the P4GN Program which is in accordance with Metro City Regional Regulation Number 05 of 2019 concerning Prevention of Abuse and Illicit Trafficking of Narcotics and Narcotics Precursors," he said.

The Mayor of Metro welcomed the Head of the Lampung Province BNN and his staff. His party welcomed the working visit which at the same time expressed a commitment to support the National Action Plan for the Prevention and Eradication of Narcotics Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (P4GN), especially in Metro City.

"The Metro City Government and the Metro City BNN continue to work together in the Prevention and Eradication of Narcotics Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, considering the dangers of narcotics must be fought together, for that with the P4GN program all national components must actively participate in preventing and eradicating narcotics abuse and trafficking," he said.


Still according to the Mayor, "We also welcome the Presidential Instruction number 2 of 2020, concerning the national action plan for the Prevention and Eradication of the Abuse and Illicit Trafficking of Narcotics and Narcotics Precursors in 2020-2024," he added.

"It is our obligation together with the Metro City Government, Metro City Forkopimda and Metro City BNN and community components to continue campaigning about the dangers of narcotics abuse, and take an active role in prevention and control efforts," he said.

"Therefore, the working visit of the Head of the Lampung Province BNN is expected to provide important input for the Metro City Government and all parties present here, in order to create a common perception in efforts to prevent and eradicate Narcotics Abuse and Illicit Trafficking in the City area. Metro," he concluded.
