Led directly by Captain Inf Suprobo, the TNI personnel and the community are racing against time and against the threat of weather which is getting higher in the recent intensity of rainfall. According to Captain Inf Suprobo, the hardening of the Dusun V road is very much needed by the local community as an important means of turning the wheels of the economy in the area.

"The target of Telford 2500 Kampung Restu Buana, precisely in Hamlet V, is a road that connects RT 1, RT 19 and RT 20 and becomes a connecting facility to Hamlet I Kampung Bina Karya Buana," he explained.

"Such high rainfall has overwhelmed the task force personnel and the community, because access to transport materials such as stone and sand becomes difficult, even when trucks cannot enter, we use the edet cart facility. deploying oxcart troops," he said.

In line with the words of Captain Inf Suprobo, Suwadi (65 years) a resident of Dusun 5 Kampung Restu Buana who was involved in the work said, "What makes me excited even at this age is merely as a form of gratitude to God Almighty because Our village is currently being visited by TNI gentlemen to carry out construction here," he said.

"Our village is mostly farmers. By relying on agricultural products such as corn, cassava and rubber, we are always faced with obstacles when heavy rains hit," he said.

"With the road that is difficult for us to pass, to harvest our crops, we will certainly encounter obstacles, even though this road at harvest time will always be passed by vehicles that transport about 10 to 15 tons of agricultural products per day," he concluded. (DL)
