Blessing Friday (01/10/20) Kodim 0411 / LT was filled with Fun Bike activities participated by Kodim 0411 / LT members and the Military Corps of the ranks, Persit KCK XXXI Branch Dim 0411 and PNS Kodim 0411 / LT and completed by Metro Mountain Bike Community / METRO CYCLING CLUB (MCC)


The Gowes Together activity was led directly by Dandim 0411 / LT Lt. Col. Czi Burhannudin, S.E., M.Sc., attended by the Head of Persit KCK XXXI Branch Ny. Eka Pratiwi Burhannudin along with the management and Plh. Kasdim Major Inf Bagus S. and attended by all Staff Officers, Military Commander and Babinsa.


Beginning with stretching and warm-up exercises in Makodim 0411 / LT the participants began to travel a distance of about 15 Km around the Metro City area and finish at Taman Merdeka Metro City with the help of securing routes for Koramil members and Metro Police personnel.


Arriving at Taman Merdeka Metro City, participants held a relaxing exercise and continued eating the food that was provided in the form of rice, green bean porridge, coffee, tea, snacks in the form of bananas, mantang and boiled beans.


Relaxation is decorated with singing, dancing and door prize distribution in the form of 10 units of mountain bikes and together.


The family nuanced activity intends to improve intimacy and health and fitness of Kodim 0411 / LT personnel. (DL)
