To continue to strive for the stability of the economic cycle during the Covid 19 pandemic, the role of rice fields as the main basis for farmers' income remains a special concern for the Regional Military Apparatus, especially Koramil 411-04/Trimurjo Kodim 0411/Kota Metro Korem 043/Garuda Hitam.
Together with PPL, Karya Muda Farmers Group and residents of RT. 2 RW. I Hamlet I Pujo Asri Village, Central Lampung Regency, Babinsa Koramil 411-04/Trimurjo Serka Suhardi conducted a group of rats in the community's rice fields. Thursday (03/06/21)
This gropyokan is carried out to prevent the proliferation of rat pests that can threaten the future planting season. Serka Suhardi said "For that we need to carry out a mass movement of land clearing and fumigating rat holes before the planting season arrives".
"The activities carried out by our Babinsa and the community are combing a number of agricultural lands in rice fields, including agricultural land which was previously thought to have many rat nests," said Danramil 411-04/Trimurjo, Captain Chb M. Taufiek when interviewed in a separate place.
"Gropyokan rat pests are routine control to minimize the impact of attacks during lowland rice planting in the next growing season," added Danramil
Quoting the words of Dandim 0411/LT Lt. Col. Inf. Andri Hadiyanto, M.Han., Danramil 411-04/Trimurjo added “Farmers are food warriors, so they must always be accompanied by their activities. Here we as the regional TNI apparatus will always be present to ensure that farmers can move comfortably and can overcome various problems in processing their rice fields, especially during a pandemic like today, we cannot deny that the bottom line is that the results of rice fields are still the heart of the economic cycle. in Central Lampung Regency and its surroundings," closed the Danramil.
